Cracked identity troubleshooting

Username mismatch

Cracked identity is based on the exact offline username. Confirm the launcher profile and website use the same spelling and characters.

Changing the username can create a different offline UUID and may require unlinking the old identity.

Skin not updating

1. Confirm the skin is selected for the same TLauncher username.
2. Restart the launcher and Minecraft.
3. Refresh the website Account page.
4. Re-upload the exported PNG skin when automatic lookup is unavailable.
5. Allow cache time before testing again.

Only valid Minecraft skin PNG files should be uploaded.
