By creating an account, joining a Solaryn server, using the website, or accessing a connected service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Network and community rules also apply.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms form an agreement between you and Solaryn Network (“Solaryn”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the Solaryn website, Minecraft network, forums, account linking, support Inbox, Discord support bridge, email notifications, and any other service that links to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the services.
2. Eligibility and younger users
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age at which you can enter a contract in your country, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising younger users and any purchases made through their accounts.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate information and keep your email address current.
- Use a strong, unique password and protect verification codes and linked accounts.
- Do not sell, share, impersonate, or unlawfully access another person’s account.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report an unauthorised compromise.
We may require identity or ownership verification before changing account links, investigating security incidents, or restoring access.
4. Minecraft identities and client access
Solaryn supports linked Java Premium, Bedrock, and permitted Cracked/offline identities. You must only link an identity you are authorised to use. Edition-specific usernames are treated as separate identities where the system permits them.
Cracked or third-party launchers are independent services. Solaryn does not control their availability, authentication, skin systems, or security. Use them at your own risk and never reuse your Solaryn password in a launcher.
5. Network rules, fair play, and moderation
You must follow the Global, Discord, and gamemode rules. Prohibited conduct includes cheating, exploiting, harassment, threats, scams, evasion, harmful content, malicious automation, and interference with services or other users.
Moderation decisions may use gameplay records, chat logs, reports, account links, anti-cheat signals, and other relevant evidence. Actions may include warnings, content removal, mutes, temporary restrictions, bans, account suspension, or permanent removal. Appeals are reviewed in good faith but do not guarantee reversal.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you create, including forum posts, support messages, builds, screenshots, and suggestions. By submitting content to Solaryn, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, moderate, adapt for formatting, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the services.
You must have permission to upload content and must not submit unlawful material, malware, private third-party information, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
7. Purchases, ranks, and virtual benefits
Store purchases may provide access to virtual ranks, cosmetics, currency, convenience features, or other digital benefits described at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, virtual benefits are licences for use within Solaryn and are not property, cash, or transferable value.
Prices, taxes, delivery details, renewal terms, and refund information must be reviewed before purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to obtain benefits without payment may result in removal of benefits and account restrictions.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a stable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, attacks, hosting incidents, software updates, third-party outages, resets, balancing changes, or emergencies may affect access or stored progress.
We may add, change, rebalance, suspend, migrate, or retire features and gamemodes. Where practical, significant planned changes will be announced through the website, Discord, or updates page.
9. Intellectual property and Minecraft notice
The Solaryn name, original branding, website design, custom code, documentation, and original assets belong to Solaryn or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or present them as your own except where applicable law or an open-source licence permits it.
Solaryn is an independent community network and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft names, assets, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use of Minecraft-related materials is subject to the Minecraft EULA and Usage Guidelines.
10. Responsibility and limitation of liability
Use the services responsibly and maintain backups of anything important. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solaryn is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, loss of virtual progress, third-party launcher problems, external account compromises, or outages outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing limits your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Solaryn at any time and may request account deletion, subject to records we must retain for security, moderation, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce rules, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect service integrity.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, security practices, or new features. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
13. Governing law and contact
Unless mandatory law in your country requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
