Purchase delivery checklist

1. Wait at least 15 minutes.
2. Reconnect to the relevant game mode.
3. Confirm the checkout username and edition.
4. Check whether the item is global or game-mode specific.
5. Keep the transaction or order ID.
6. Confirm the payment was completed and not reversed.
7. Open Billing Support if delivery is still missing.

Never post receipts publicly. Support may request the order ID and purchaser email through a private channel.
